Former Tottenham scout Mick Brown has revealed Spurs are indeed planning to sign Man City midfielder Jack Grealish.
Jack Grealish was recruited by Man City from Aston Villa for a fee of up to 100 million pounds, he has more or less shown his ability at the Etihad Stadium. However, the midfielder's form born in 1995 has shown signs of decline since the second half of last season.

Not playing much at Man City is one of the reasons why he was not called up to Euro 2024. In the early stages of this season, injuries and lack of best form made Grealish continue to not be Pep Guardiola's top priority in the wing position.
There have been some rumours that Jack Grealish could leave Man City next year. Aston Villa are said to be a potential destination for the player, while there are also rumours that he is interested in Tottenham. Most recently, former Tottenham scout Mick Brown has revealed that Spurs are indeed planning to sign Grealish from Man City. He said:
"If Man City decide that Grealish has no role to play at the club, he can leave. Grealish would certainly be a great asset for Tottenham, and he is on their list of targets. Some people at Tottenham like him, they believe he can make a huge difference for Spurs.
From what I hear, if Grealish is on the market, Tottenham will act immediately. However, the decision is still up to Man City and Grealish - whether he is still important for the club or not. But I think that decision will only be made at the end of the season."
